Our standard nanny search begins with a $500 initiation fee, with a final placement fee of 10.5 % of the nanny's annualized earnings. Specialized searches for house managers, family assistants, special needs care, travel/rotational nannies, personal assistants, and other specialized placements begin with a $500 initiation fee, with a final placement fee of 15% of the candidates' annualized earnings.
